Partnership Approach

We invest across a range of industries and asset classes, with a preference for resilient business models, high cash-flow potential, and defensible competitive advantages. Our holding periods are indefinite, and our goal is to foster sustainable, long-term value.

Target Partnership Characteristics:

  • Predictable revenue and cash flow streams
  • Strong and aligned management teams
  • Defensible market positions
  • Scalable growth potential
  • Clear exit optionality (although we do not invest with an exit requirement)

Types of Partnerships

  • Non-Control Equity Holdings
CLSCMC often participates as a minority shareholder in private operating businesses.
  • Real and Fractionlised Assets
Including industrial properties, strategic landholdings, and long-term development assets.
  • Private Credit and Structured Partnerships
Opportunistic credit and asset-backed positions when favourable risk-adjusted returns are available.
  • Partnerships and Co- Partnerships . Thinking of the Planet .
Collaborations with aligned investors and operators who seek long-term capital partners.

Our decisions are guided not by timing the market, but by thorough diligence and conviction in the assets we support.

Our success is built on disciplined decision-making and efficiency. Large corporations may encounter ten or more potential projects daily, and pursuing all of them would be unmanageable. To address this, we’ve developed a streamlined ‘go/no-go’ system to evaluate each opportunity swiftly.

For projects we decide to advance, we assemble a team of partners to assess potential outcomes, asking questions , ‘What if this? What if that?’ If there’s mutual interest, we move forward by investing in feasibility studies or business plans—entirely at our own risk.

This approach allows us to position ourselves at the centre of negotiations with government bodies, financial institutions, contractors, technology enterprises and other stakeholders.

Depending on the project, we may receive equity or fees, and in some cases, we invest further for an equity stake. This model aligns us with our partners and enables us to meet the unique demands of each venture.” Grant Jenkins LL.B Dip LP Co Founder
